Moving Bricks

How do you make bricks move?
I've seen it in the tutorial, but cannot figure it out.

It's not possible to make bricks move, where did you see it?

Is it possible to replicate the shooting range?

I think so. Space guy made an add-on that allowed you to have those targets.
