Items Won't Rotate???

K i have the add-on called Script_Rotate
but guess what. THEY DON'T ROTATE!!!!!!!. tell me why
NOTE: DO NOT BE A DUMB PERSON SAYING "do you have v14" that's a question a dumb person would say or use the search i already DID. Just tell me why they don't rotate
