That doesnt make things work.
For instance yelling at your computer to stuff out files isnt going to work.
And have you checked the awesome thing that is the ARCHIVE?

The download was on the old rtb system, So the file should be found somewhere in the RTB Archives
Which conveniently i've forgotten the link to.

Search for the correct zip in that page, You should find it.
You'll also have to rename the file to correspond to the newer name system (Vehicle_nameofvehicle)
