How Do I get my lost key?

My dad has new email, that's an old One, I remember the user name for it, Maybe it's not even my dad's email.
But I asked and he said he has never used that email.
Maybe it's both? (Bump)
But I Also Own Id 5019, and I bought it right after. So Maybe Between that key and 5015, some people may have bought it?

My key doesn't have a single number in it. My ID is 6537
