Player Tags - And maybe events too

Not clan tags derp.
I mean tags before their name
This is the perfect example

The idea is that it could be good for RPs, or clan servers, or whatevers.
Maybe if some noob is being an idiot he could be tagged [Idiot]Masterchiefroolez
Or, for an RP, maybe he could be [Mayor]BeardyMcBeard
