I lost my key and now i cant get it back!

OK, some time ago i was playing blockland as my username and i didn't really care about my key since i always auto logged in but the i auto-updated and now i lost my key.... and my email's password. I'M NOT LYING SOMEONE HELP I CANT GET MY KEY BACK!!

Unfortunately the only way to get your key back is by re-sending an e-mail with it to the original e-mail address. You can recover the password for your email by following the necessary steps.

If the e-mail is hosted by a major company like hotmail, live, yahoo, gmail or aol, you can use any online forms or contact addresses to recover your password.

If the e-mail is hosted by an ISP, you may need to call them and provide proof of ownership to recover your password.

well I just keep it in my E-mail so if I loose it,i know where to turn too,plus I have it written on a folded paper in my desk and so im good if I loose my key

You should email support@blockland.us and supply any information you can to help verify that you own the key. This might include:

* Blockland ID
* Blockland Name
* Computer Details (graphics card etc.)
* Purchase Method (along with card holder/account holder if done by bank/credit card)
* Email used to purchase
* Date of purchase
* Your ip
