RTB Problems

Hello, good day to you.
I need help with something. Whenever I put every freakin' single thing in the RTB Registering thing, such as BL_ID, Blockland game open, username, email, etc., but it doesn't work and it keeps saying, "Make sure your Blockland game is open!" over and over again. What am I doing wrong?
