| Trouble with joining my friend's server |

Sometimes when I get on and I want to go to my friends server it is up but the ping is ---, but through IRC I ask him if anyone has joined the server. He says that there are people there, but I can't get in because it won't "send the punch packets". It doesn't ever say that there is an error or anything. Please help if you can. |
