'Didn't even spell Mayans correctly.

What happened to the good old days, when directors actually cared, and put effort into their pictures?

Yeah, Avatar has NO effort in it, at all.

'Didn't even spell Mayans correctly.

My bad.

Computer generated blue aliens, when isn't that seen in theaters?

YES, every movie ever. Blue aliens.

You haven't seen it and you're clearly clueless as to the plot.

Judgmental much?

Yes, I am very judgmental when it comes to computer generated movies. As most of them in my opinion suck, and are filled with loud rowdy kids. Also, movies that usually have the popular run, ie. Titanic, Dark Knight are never really my cup of tea.

Avatar sucked.

Finally, someone who has a good opinion.

Avatar didn't suck. It is all CGI, and it all looks real. This was the first time something that big has been pulled off. Every second of that movie takes up 8 gig.

Good point, ARC.

I'm not debating whether or not the movie looks good. I think it looks great, and deserves to win best effects. BUT it's just not on par story-wise with Inglorious Basterds.

Quentin Tarantino is a brilliant director, IMO.

Why is everyone comparing Avatar to Pocahantes?(I don't give a stuff whether I spell that incorrectly or not)

I've found it extremely similar to Dancing With the smurfs Wolves.

By putting down Avatar, you've completely shunned this thread away from most of the serious discussion that could have happened. Well gawsh darn.
