That file.. i was told to delete it from one of my earlyer topics and everytime i try to remap my controls itll say
e.g. R cannot be remapped
and after i quit, the file pops up again..

I have no idea what to say. Really, ignore other people and the alt+f4 thing.

Well you apparently fell for the "delete-a-critical-game-file-because-someone-told-you-it-would-speed-up-your-computer-and-let-you-play-anything-on-max-settings" thing.
