I like World at War better.
The graphics, how you reload, and weapons seem cooler to me. Guns like the M4 and the Ak-47 have been done so many times in so many games. Some guns in WaW I've never even seen in another game. Plus national socialist Zombies is tons of fun when you play with friends.
