Oh and It appeared in RTB mod manager and it said disabled so I enabled it and then I looked in datablock playertypes.It wasn't in there.Help!

Try naming it "player_zombiedog.zip" instead of "player-zombiedog.zip".

Also wow, this would be pretty cool if someone made a better model that isn't so high-poly.
