Avatar picture....?

I've been trying to change my picture for my avatar...

i try some screenshots ive taken from blockland, and the ones I want always show up as errors.
I tried downloading something else online, and ( I was actually expecting this) it didnt work either.

Any tips?

Probably shrink the pic a bit. I think that's what I had to do...
