in the next version they will edit the sinnoh sprites to make the pokemon fit in.
In ruby and sapphire i thought the Pokemon looked extremely out of place.

yay page 100. and my Crackonaw is almost evolved into a Flargentissue or whatever its called. my mareep gained 9 levels in the day care after 1 1/2 days. but I left it in with my ferret and now he has helping hand :c
