Eh Toxic isn't too helpful on an offensive Pokemon. Give it like, Swords Dance. Also, replace DynamicPunch with Cross Chop. Much more accurate and critical hits more often, while still getting the STAB bonus. 50% accuracy isn't really reliable.

Also this is carrots I can't get the loving WEP/WPA or what ever to connect to interweb on the game, but it works for the DSi itself.
Also get rid of thunder punch and use sludge bomb.
