You must REALLY suck at pokemon.
Blissey is an amazing pokemon.
FR/LG move tutor lets it learn seismic toss.

Also A.R.C: I'd rather use a good rock type like onix/steelix.

If you suck and can't take out a pokemon in more than 4 moves.
Seiously, even glacia didn't take me more than 2 turns on each pokemon.
Overall I used only 2 bitter roots.
