Does 'Safeguard' stop the effects of Perish Song for either my team (if I use it) or the targets if they have it? If not does it stop the trap effects of either Mean Look (and similar, moves entirely devoted to that) or Whirlpool/Fire Spin? (attacks over several turns also trapping+damaging) |

It stops status problems. ie; paralyzed, burned, frozen, poisoned, sleep. That's all. |
