1 .Put the pokemon you want you to walk with in your PC Box.
2. Save.
3. Restart.
3. Click on "Pokewalker" or whatever it says in the main menu.
4. Follow on-screen instructions.

Two what? Also, can I go back to title screen from ingame without having to switch on and off my DS? Older games (emerald) could.
