Server Controls are Messed Up!

After getting Blockland Version 14, my Server Control options got messed up. I can't change the amount of events, projectiles, items etc. in my server. So when I build huge event contraptions, I can't have more then 10 events happening at once, and when I host a TDM, I can't have more than 25 items in use at a time. Can anyone help?

don't try to set the max too high, or it will revert to the minimum

The only problem is, I can't set anything at all, because the options aren't there.
