changing color players?

i went on a server and then somebody called dab was there he was changing colors how could i do this?

It is most likely the now broken client sided add-on most commonly known as the Funky Player mod. It used to scroll through the whole colorwheel on your player. But now, it doesn't. It is pretty much out of circulation due to everyone having it and it sucking now. So you will most likely not get it, and even if you do, odds are you wouldn't be able to figure out how to use it. No offense, but you don't seem all that bright.

The "events" would require Event_Appearance or Amade's Bot Mod.
