setplayerhat event is it real or not

This is Event Onplayertouch>>Player>>SetPlayerhat>>any hat you want
becase im making tf2 but i need to use army but have to unlock them like a blue and red army hats and enginer hat.

Devvy:

You unlock them in tf2 anyways.

i mean event like if you where in blockland and a tf2 server you where on you click a clas and changes your look and gives you a hat you haved not unlocked yet like army hat for soldier
