Needed Addon: snake Tool,. A.k.a Mr.Wiggles. Found on Tezunis servers.

It doesn't. It is poorly made. It is a weapon you hold in your hand, but the mount joint is off center so it looks like it is a snake. You click and you swing your snake up and down, and your hand moves with it.
