Tech-Troop:

In the middle of mini-games it would be good to have tips to provide needed information like where are sniper towers, flags, and other things needed to know.
These tips would pop-up randomly on the screen of the players.

Perhaps it would activate the tips when you die, so you dont get randomly spammed with tips happening every time you spawn

No, they will happen in timed intervales

just use a brick near the spawn, or when they spawn, which lists them
what you could do is
onplayertouch>client>vce_ifvariable[spawned][==][1][target of the lines below this one]
onvariabletrue>client>vce_modvariable[spawned][set][1]
onvariabletrue>client>chatmessage[tips here, do as many lines as needed]
