You know... i honestly have the same problem..


Once a year my computer slows down handicapely..

i find just reformatting it works.. but that gets rid of everything.

I'm constantly cleaning my computer out of stuff i don't need or use.

Get rid of stuff you don't need running. You really don't need a bunch of stuff open while gaming.

Make sure they don't automatically start up when you log on to Windows too.

We here at Blockland Forum suggest you remove frostwire and run a scan of each of the following:

Malwarebytes' Anti Malware
Lavasoft Ad-Aware
Kaspersky Labs Online Scanner

Report back with the results.

I wouldn't use them all together at once, probably just Malwarebytes.

They are all for different stuff. I'd run them all, in the order I said.

Don't mass download stuff. Defrag often and scan for unwanted stuff.
