1. pull tobacco out of cigar
2. get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calea_zacatechichi
3. get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menthol
4. get http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonotis_leonurus
(grow them. i do it and recommend it)
5. mix all ground up ingredients with tobacco(2,3,4)
6. put back in cigar paper
7. enjoy. its heaven.
