Whoa, all colors are BLACK???

This is a Windows 7, so, I really don't think its the graphics card.
Vista, came with a terrible graphics driver, that stunk so bad.

Operating system will not affect what Graphics card you have....

The default drivers for almost all Operating Systems will be shockingly awful as they have to work on all cards that the machine may have been shipped with, try updating your drivers from the manufacturers website; Nvidia Cards, ATI Cards. If you are using an Intel card you can find it yourself.
Also; if you have upgraded from Vista to 7, you will probably need to upgrade all your drivers as the drivers for 7 will be different to Vista ones.

If you're running Fullscreen and minimize the window while loading, everything will appear black.
"flushTextureCache();" is a good use for this problem.

Wait, I did minimize game, when It was loading O_O
