Can't Seem to get the Dupe to work?

Im running My server Off of Linux Threw a VM. My Dupe wand Worked for a While till I put in the build a space station map. then it stopped working I can copy but not paste. So i Tryed taking out the Map and resetting the Server. That did not work so i did a Clean Install. But No luck. I know its the server cause I can go into Single Player and use it fine.

A Temporary fix which i have found out would be to load up any save.

Any.

Then try the duplicator, it will work without spamming console & lagging the server.
