I freeze but can see people talk on the server, and other lag problems

as there is no solution, except for somebody forcing you to move via events, killing, dwand, RL or an explosive in a minigame, pushbroom, things like that
and for it normalying happening on a connection of somebody else, it's because it tends to start when you start lagging in any way i think, which the connection will supply (at least it starts normaly when i start lagging)
