I freeze but can see people talk on the server, and other lag problems

Here is your problem. No, I'm not being a hater.
Something else that could add to the problem is peer to peer downloading systems, such as torrents or programs often used to obtain specific audio files for free.

Unless I want to play under a desk, I have to wireless.
I have never used torrent software
