Picture Uploading Website (I need one to upload pictures to here)

Picturing Website, I need a place that will let me upload my pictures onto the forums, Unless theres somehow a way to make the pictures go straight onto the forums instead of on a website then there. I tried photobucket, but it wont let me (Stupid thing) Any Ideas?

Im stuck on Photoshop. Im almost done, and it asked for my personal URL, which I tried Blockland. It wont let me use '/, \' or '_''s. and the link for blockland is that. So I dont know what URL I could use...
