I found the area code by myself and guessed the first three digits based on a few Google searches.  Then I did a reverse phone look-up mixing the last 4 digits while checking to see which cell provider they were with.  I got several hits, but only 3 matched his cell provider.  Then I carefully read the thread and found that only one number matched the clues he provided.  Voila!

He's done plenty of contests, people have received their prizes.  If he wants to mix things up for his last contest it's his decision, and I think it was a cool idea.  What's the fun in doing simple elimination?  The rock paper scissors contest was poorly organized, but it was a unique and fun idea.  This contest was actually challenging, you people are whining because winning required some effort.
