Can you make music for Blockland using Garage Band?

probably, as you just have to convert whatever you make into a .ogg

I have a feeling Garage Band doesn't export directly to .ogg so you may need to export as something like .mp3 or .wav then convert it using something like Audacity. But it is definitely possible.
