Blockland Central Hub Released on RTB

The "MapChange" Pref should be change-able via RTB.
The "HubSave" Pref should be change-able via RTB.
Cant think of anything else atm...

Choose wether when you start up Blockland, you use hub or the old default way.

Choose before you open up blockland, if you want to move Client_Hub out of the Add-Ons Directory.

No, the should be built into the options menu.
