You find seeds via wild windsown weeds, which needs a level 7 exploration level to be seen. Once you find them you dry them on drying racks for a few rl days and then they turn into seeds.

Exploration level... hm... I can do that. Will take a while for animal husbandry and Lv7 exploration but I think I can get there.

I can find taproot, and I grow hemp and flax. I also have access to two sheep. :o

When someone starts their own settlement, they set up a hearth secret. If you have the hearth secret of someone, you can spawn by their hearth fire. Therefore, you are joined in their group.

Ah, I see. So you can quickly go in between your friend's villages, for a chat, or to help them build or defend their village, etc.
