By turning on Criminal Acts you are always capable of walking on a claim, Trespassing allows you to interact with objects (Enter homes, look in kilns, open crates etc. etc.). Theft and Vandalism are really obvious.
Them walking on your claim is perfectly normal, but if they don't have any of the special skills they can't do anything.
