When teleporting back to your village via the travel menu, does it matter how far away you are? and if your travel weariness goes above 100% does it not let you do it?

I'm not sure about traveling to your village, but traveling to hearth it doesn't matter how far you are and how high your travel weariness is.

Since I'm part of the village it makes my spawn at the village idol instead of randomly with no hearth fire
