I can't host working servers, please help.

i have the most STUPIDEST security program ever, all firewalls turned off, exceptions done, and still wont work

Did you try shutting off all your routers and modems, then waiting 10 seconds, then turning them back on again? Could be an internet problem.

but doesn't that reset everything or something?

oh, and i think the problem is my firewall, im getting rid of it today
