Robo Dude:
Problem: How do I host an internet game?
Problem: I'm trying to host a game but no one joins/ my game doesnt show up in the list

Solution: If you have cable or DSL, you probably need to forward your ports.

An entire website devoted to this exact subject: http://www.portforward.com

This process cannot be explained further.  This is the last port-forwarding topic there will ever be

Just change it to 28100, not 28000-28100 (at least I'm fairly sure that's what Chrono meant).
