You can't expect every server fitting to your needs. Sometimes, yes the blue base takes forever to get there because of lack of stealth and/or opponents that you left them too long to build a good defense or offense. Also most of the time, Heed does use the pistol. I can see that it isn't thr best weapon or sniper but I still play along.

I didn't expect it to be set to my needs, I expected it to be something better than a long journey upwards and get killed instantly.

If you don't run around shooting everyone you see and stick to the shadows, you can make it to blue base easily. Use the dresser instead of the window stairs. The stairs are harder to climb since blue has a height advantage. You have to use the space bar to go up in the heli.

For me, I go into 3rd person and make sure that my avatar is completely hidden in the dark. If some of it is exposed, then they can see me. I also suggest getting a good distance away from them because if they're close enough, they can read your name and team color, exposing you.
