3 examples of team work. Not in this server.
1.We were in a squad of 5 and one of our buddies had the flag. We stayed around him until he made the capture with little casualties.
2.Heedlaking had the flag so I guarded him he died, I grabbed the flag then died, I killed some one who tried to recap the flag, I got the flag to the base for 5 points.
3 my favorite. This happened in Rykutan's server we did a full team medieval horse back banzai. Most of us died we still one though.

There's only teamwork if you talk to the people around you and actually say, hey lets go there together, not all alone.
People won't just magically start following you.

People tend to help you more if you supply a vehicle. If you jump in a humvee, people will be more willing to come with you than on a giant walk to where ever. Most players are not incredibably skilled in combat or tactical operations but they are good bait.
Tips on how to make idiots become a help:
* When you need to hide due to being outnumbered, you run while the placeholder players continue fighting.
* They tend to go on without waiting for the team to regroup. Use them to check if the area is clear or not. It is better to lose them than a useful squadmate.
* Having them take all the hits while you attack from afar allows you to take out multiple opponents before having to fall back

Some do. The last one was not me leading though.
