Non-Admin Orb - Playertype

Is it possible to make the admin orb a playertype? (That flies, and has collision)
And also a longer distance click for it? Such as, click a brick from far away and it react like you clicked it close up.
These things would be nice for my RTS im hoping to make

i think he want's a playertype that is the same density as air, and floats somewhat, and then he can move around freely somehow while still being a player
