You will need to use the archive to get to it if you can't find it on RTB 3.

You need to rename anything you download from there (vehicle/weapon/client/server/script_ADDONNAME)

If you download anything from the archive make sure you rename it, like say, "Vehicle_Scramjet" without the quotations or it wont work.
Vehicle_,Weapon_, etc.
