Not working add ons but i need them for a bunch of builds

I download two add ons by now neither doesent work wont exucute here is the list of other add ons same with the 2 ones that where downloaded M9/l4d pistol Doors_Bushido may you help please.

dorry for doeble post but on some servers they have bushido doors like kyles city rp core and has p7 door pack what doors? bone door domino door
