Scrolling dose not work in Blockland

My scroller (Middle wheel in the mouse) dose not work. It works on other programs besides Blockland.exe
I checked the controls......nothing seems out of place. Dose anyone know what could be the problem?

I did that it did not work.
I was banned. I thought I was perma banned but I randomly came to the forums and found I was un-banned.
