Quake Deathmatch Sounds

Remember the quake sounds in CS:S, or quake itself?

That would be fun in blockland.

If someone gets 2 kills the server will hear "DOUBLE KILL!"
And they'll see "%1 made a DOUBLE KILL!"
Or something like that, you know what I mean.
