I haven't played in awhile though.
Heck, I didn't even realise there was character reset.
I didn't even install LU yet again.

So after the letters to tech support to find the problem and two days of frusteration I think I found my problem, I needed to re-boot. So I'm currently patching the game and I'll post more after I get it patched.
