yeah. looks like one of those round purses/handbags. you could try and use a briefcase model from something else, ie. Half Life, Gman's suitcase.

Yeah, it looks like he's holding a weird...mine.Perhaps make it a square one, and make sure that the Blockhead is holding the handle, not the case.
