I've had a DYNEX laser mouse since like, 2006. Its M4 and M5 buttons are conveniently placed on either side, so using them to go back / forward on websites is easy. This would be it. It was like $20-30, I forgot. Also it has a great shape.

The logo on it made me get sick. :(
