Yes there is. Both seasons have been released for at least a year under fansubs. Never seen a retail version yet. But the Manga is just released Season II in the US. I got mine at Barnes & Noble last week. Sucks it comes out every 4 or so months when it used to be an every other month deal. But I have a fansub somewhere in backup if I ever don't care to wait that long to buy the next issue.
