Okay, is this a suggestion or a request? If it's a suggestion, then no one is going to make it as it at least appears to be pointless (previous cow statement). If it's a request, please cite why you need it. If you have a valid reason, some one may consider it.
My above comment was under the assumption that you were suggesting it for the general public.
